ο Individuals in our Professional's Database: Zymewire helps its customers to identify individuals who may find value in their offerings. ο Business Contacts: Representatives of our customers, visitors to our offices, attendees at Zymewire events, and representatives of our suppliers and business partners.

Χ - Customer Prospects stored by Zymewire Customers: Once a Zymewire Customer has identified potential prospects in Zymewire's Professional's Database they may store this information in their own database. Zymewire also helps Customers to integrate with third party databases such as Salesforce. Please contact the relevant Zymewire customer if you have questions about how they use your personal data.

We are responsible only for the data stored within our Professionals Database. Please contact the relevant Zymewire customer success manager if you have questions about how they use your personal data in their own databases.
You have rights about the personal data we process about you. You can ask us for a copy of your personal data or to delete or change your personal data. You can also ask us to stop processing your personal data or unsubscribe from our marketing. You can also complain to a data protection regulator.

We respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Your right to complain

ο Publication data may be processed for the purposes of enabling such publication and administering our website and services.
ο Enquiry data may be processed for the purposes of offering, marketing and selling relevant goods and/or services to you.

Your personal data is shared with our service providers who process data on our behalf. We also share data from our Professionals Database with our Customers when they request it. Other recipients may include public, government, judicial and law enforcement entities if we are legally permitted to do so.
We may disclose your personal data to:
ο Third party services providers and partners who provide data processing services to us. For example, we may share certain information with our analytics provider Mixpanel, our user messaging system Intercom, our centralized security logging provider Loggly, our usability improvement partner Fullstory, our digital advertising providers Google Adwords/Analytics and LinkedIn, our cloud storage provider Digital Ocean, and our marketing automation services Mailchimp and Hubspot.
We may disclose your personal data to:
ο Our Customers and their service providers. For example, when instructed by our Customers we send a copy of the contacts in which they are interested to the Customer or their Salesforce database.We may disclose your personal data to:
ο Third party services providers and partners who provide data processing services to us, for example our cloud storage provider is Digital Ocean, and our marketing automation services providers are Mailchimp and Hubspot. Our sales teams use Apollo, Dooly, and Salesforce which may contain information about Business Contacts. Financial transactions relating to services are handled by our payment services providers, Stripe, Freshbooks, Quickbooks, and The Royal Bank of Canada.We store your data in Canada, the USA and other countries where our service providers are located. We protect it according to the law and by implementing appropriate security measures. We only retain your personal data for as long as we need it.
Where do we store your data?
Zymewire is located in Canada. We also host data in cloud servers located in the USA. Some of our third party service providers may process your data in other countries. This means that when we collect your personal data we may process it in any of these countries.
How do we protect your personal data?
Zymewire has taken appropriate safeguards to require that your personal information will remain protected in accordance with this Privacy Notice. For example, for data transferred from our Business Contacts in the European Economic Area, we rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. We use a similar arrangement for data transferred from the UK. Further details can be provided upon request.
Zymewire also protects your personal data by adhering to the data protection laws to which it is directly subject, such as the United Kingdom's General Data Protection Regulation. This includes implementing appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data. You can obtain more information about our successful SOC II audit (2021) by making a request to compliance@zymewire.com.
How long do we store your data?
We retain your personal data where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so. We will then either delete or anonymise it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal data has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
